Your prenup – simply until the signature
A prenup only becomes effective when it is notarized (§ 1410 BGB).
To make this last step as uncomplicated as possible for you, maerry offers a notary service.
We take care of the appointment scheduling with a notary near you and forward your documents – you don't have to worry about anything else.
How it works
You provide your address
This allows us to find a suitable notary in your region.
We transmit your documents
maerry sends the created prenup draft as well as your contact details to the selected notary.
The appointment is coordinated
We coordinate the appropriate date for notarization – upon request directly with you or via the notary.
You sign at the notary
The notary explains the contract to you, reads it aloud, and notarizes your signatures. Afterwards, you receive a certified copy.
Important Notes
The notary works independently and performs the notarization on their own responsibility.
maerry assumes exclusively the organizational coordination and the transmission of your data and documents.
maerry cannot accept any liability for the course of the appointment, the fees, or any changes to the appointment.
